If you submit a product review, WMA Story, photo, message, or other content, you keep ownership of your content. You represent that you own it or have the necessary permission to submit it and that it does not unlawfully use another person’s rights.

For approved content, you grant Wandering Mind Atelier a non-exclusive permission to host, technically process, format, reproduce, and publicly display the review, Story, and photo on the relevant product page and other Wandering Mind Atelier website or community pages related to customer stories, reviews, or community experiences.

WMA may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable. Please do not submit private information that you do not want publicly displayed.

This website and community permission does not automatically grant permission for paid advertising or broader third-party marketing campaigns. WMA may request separate permission for those uses.

10. Photo Review Reward

When offered, WMA may provide a discount such as 15% off a future order for an eligible, authentic photo review after the review satisfies applicable submission and moderation requirements. Approval means the review meets those requirements; it does not mean WMA agrees with or prefers the review’s opinion or rating.

Your rating does not affect reward eligibility. Honest positive, neutral, and negative experiences are welcome. Spam, fraud, duplicate submissions, abusive content, unrelated content, rights violations, or other ineligible submissions may be rejected.

Unless the specific offer states otherwise, the reward is limited to one qualifying reward per eligible order, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires according to the offer terms. Qualifying reviews may be identified as an “Incentivized photo review.” WMA may decline rewards involving suspected abuse or fraud.
